Every vehicle carries seatbelts, an audio system, a first-aid kit, tissues, newspapers, an ice box and mineral water on request — the basics a long journey actually needs, fitted as standard rather than offered as an add-on.
Chauffeurs are professionally dressed — white uniform, black shoes — and speak Hindi, English, Kannada and other local languages, with the mechanical know-how to handle a roadside emergency and availability around the clock.
